Biography


Thomas Cecil is not afraid to take on hard cases. He represents people who have been the victims of serious accidents and families that have suffered the wrongful death of a loved one due to the negligence or misconduct of others.

Tom has been litigating personal injury, product liability, wrongful death, and insurance claims for almost 30 years. He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association.

Tom graduated from the University of Southern California in 1978 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He graduated from the University of Santa Clara with a Degree of Juris Doctor in 1983.
