Hit on 101 by Woodman and insurance company wants to pay 15K. Should I take it?

The Injury Legal Team’s answer:

This is a question we cannot answer without more facts. We would need to know what injuries you have and how you are feeling now. But insurance companies generally do not hand out fair settlements to people, let alone quickly, to people who are not represented. Therefore, there are most likely one of two scenarios going on:

(1) Your injuries are worth much more or they are afraid of your injuries becoming worse and they want to get you to settle quickly before you realize how much you should reasonably receive, or

(2) The insured only has a minimal policy with limits of $15,000 and your injuries are easily worth more than that, therefore they are offering you policy limits. But even if they are offering you policy limits there are many things that can and should be done to ensure you are getting the most money available.

Either way, you should consult an attorney and provide additional facts so someone can analyze the offer made to you.
